Laura and Julian are absolutely perfect for each other. They met while they were both in school at Indiana University and now live in Detroit, Michigan, Even if she tried, I don't think Laura could have kept the smile of off her face all day on Saturday. They chose to see each other alone before the ceremony and it made for such a touching moment outside of the Neu Chapel. The reception, held at Rolling Hills Country Club in Newburgh, was a blast.  After meeting with Laura in preparation for the wedding, I knew this was going to be fun but watching her and Julian together was so special. What a great couple!

 

Rebekah and Nick were married Saturday in an emotional ceremony at Grace Baptist Church in Evansville. They were so genuine and focused on each other.  Rebekah was so cool- how often do you see a bride-to-be going all out in a game of Bowling on Wii hours before her ceremony? Nick, who just completed an internship at Philadelphia Inquirer, told me before the ceremony how hard is was to be away from Rebekah for 10 weeks. It was really touching.  I noticed that Nick's parents had photographs of Rebekah framed on the wall of their home before the wedding, like she was already part of their family. They are all obviously so close and it really shows.

I had the pleasure of photographing Brandon and Kathleen's wedding in New Harmony, Indiana. It is the coolest town to photograph a wedding,it seemed like they had the town all to their selves. They were such a fun, laid back couple and so easy to work with. The ceremony was held at Kathleen's parent's home, overlooking 50 acres and a beautiful lake. They were treated to pleasant temperatures and low humidity for the intimate outdoor ceremony after weeks of brutal heat and humidity.  The reception, at The New Harmony Inn at the Conference Center , was a blast. It is quickly becoming one of our favorite reception sites.Their party was led by Millenium Entertainment, who had their guests on their feet all night.
